QUADURA

QUADURA is the Polyurethane (PU) foam brand of INTERNATIONAL INDUSTRIES LLC.

International Industries LLC, the Foam Manufacturing division of Intercoil Group of Companies has a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant located at Al Ghail Industrial area , Ras Al Khaima & is equipped with latest technologies in foam production, spread across a massive area of 300,000 square feet with an annual production capacity of more than 9000 metric tons. The foam is manufactured in a liquid lay down max foam production process and has a fully automated computerized long block handling and processing system.

Quadura stands for quality and durability. This is ensured and monitored by an in-house computerized quality lab which utilizes most modern testing equipment for ASTM Testing – Density, IFD, CFD & Resiliency.

Quadura is currently the only PU foam brand in the MENA region to have Oeko-Tex 100 standard. The OEKO-TEX system can identifies and eliminate potential sources of harmful substances at each processing stage and hence Quadura is fully safe from any harmful chemicals.

Quadura is among one of the few PU foam brands in this region that holds the experience, technical knowledge, resources and capabilities to manufacture PU foam for special applications. These foam differ from the standard foam in various properties including but not limited to hardness, flammability and chemical composition. We are capable of producing foam as per customized specifications and can offer customer product exclusive customer solution focused programs. These foams are made as per customer requirements after understanding the purpose of the application or having a look at a sample and understanding the usage.

The product bouquet of Quadura includes:

PU foam for standard applications:  A wide range of standard foam which is available in various qualities and sizes from densities ranging from 11 to 50 Kg/ M3.

Viscoelastic or Memory Foam : Offered in different recovery time options and densities as per customer requirements.

Flame Laminated Foam: Used in automotive soft trim interior materials such as automotive seating, door panel applications, orthopedic braces, sound attenuation materials and footwear components.

Fire Retardant Foam: Fire retardants Foam inhibit, suppress, or delay the production of flames to prevent the spread of fire. Used in furniture and mattresses is increasing due to rising safety standards worldwide.

Acoustic foam: The distinctive “cone” shape provides four times more absorptive surface area than flat foam. And, it deflects and entraps sound waves within the material making this very acoustically efficient foam. Available in normal and FR grade.

Household Sponges: The cell structure adjusted from extra fine to extra-large depending on customer specifications. These types are applied as “sponges” in the cosmetics and household industries.
